  • How do I order a custom set?

When ordering a custom set you need to know what you are looking for.  Once you have an idea on what you are looking for message me thru INSTA @pressedby.kay In that message you need to include your inspo pic and any color changes that you want made. From there we will direct you to my website where you make your final purchase. At checkout please provide your INSTA!


  •  How do I know my nail size?

All new customers are required to purchase a sizing kit. This is the most accurate to sizing your nails. I do offer the coin method and ruler these are not always accurate. Shapes and sizes do vary so size each nail individually on your natural nail.


  • How long do press-on nails last?

Pressed By Kay are handmade with durability as the number one priority. With the proper prep and liquid glue nails can last 14+ Days. They are reusable up to five times with the proper removal and care. 

 

  • How do I apply my press-ons?

Using the liquid glue that is included with your order, your wear can be up to 14+ days. With all orders comes an instruction card on how to apply your nails.  I have a pinned reel on my instagram @pressedby.kay for a full tutorial


  • What is included in my order?     

Everything you need is included in your order. Each set will come with a Nail file, Buffing block, Cuticle stick, Prep pad, Nail glue. Each order will also come with 15ml  pineapple cuticle oil (one per order)


  • How do I track my order? 

A tracking link will be emailed once your item ships. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact me.


POLICIES

As a small business it is important to be there for your clients when they need you but you also need to enforce certain rules and protect your safety.

Before starting any sets I must receive full payment. Whether you message me and you order from there or thru the website. 

NO refunds/returns this is because all sets are made for your size and no one else will be able to fit. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR SIZES WHETHER THEY ARE RIGHT OR WRONG

I am not responsible for your package once I hand it off to USPS

I have the right to refuse any sets that I am not comfortable with so please keep that in mine when you are picking your custom sets.

I will not answer or sell to spam accounts. (will lead you to getting blocked)

BULLYING AND HARASSMENT will not be aloud or tolerated. This will cause you to get blocked and refund if you have ordered.
